Management of SPSS attends in-depth instructor course
in Seattle, WA, which enables the instruction in OCAT ; a
Nationally recognized and certified program for OC (Pepper
Spray). Course consisted of classroom, hands on, legal aspects,
procedures, power point, discussion and two tests including
actual exposure to OC(getting sprayed) then performing tasks
while under the effects of OC. Student / instructors had to
also perform a class of their own before being certified.

recognized and certified program for Handcuffing. Course consisted
of classroom, hands on, legal aspects, procedures, power point,
discussion and two tests including actual handcuffing and
take-downs of resistant subjects. Student/instructors had
to also perform a class of their own before being certified.

WA, which enables the instruction of MEB (Monadnock Expandable
Baton); a Nationally recognized and certified program for
the use and carry of the baton. Course consisted of classroom,
hands on, legal aspects, procedures, power point, discussion
and two tests including actual baton/bag use, all techniques,
etc. Student/instructors had to also perform a class of their
own before being certified.

Course included classroom and range time shooting revolvers
and semi-automatic pistols. Implementation of NRA’s
rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation, ammunition,
shooting fundamentals, malfunctions, range rules, shooting
from the bench rest position, and two handed standing positions.
Pistol care and continued training opportunities for skill
development. Certified to instruct and certified basic end
users.
