Establishes a safe driver training program, 2006
SPSS is the first to start such a program for security, which is mandatory of all employees that use company vehicles. This not only limits our exposure to liability but also protects our client’s as well. Course is 8 hours of paid instruction to our employees.

Vehicle color change and upgraded graphics, 2007
SPSS recognized many Texas law enforcement agencies in the area to include several security companies use white vehicles. In an effort to stand out and not be confused with others, we decided to go to black cars with custom updated graphics which  raised the level of the security image in the area, again setting the new standard.

SPSS upgrades radio security, 2007
We saw the need to increase our radio security to contain our client’s private information, along with company Intel. We contracted with a company that works with the military and law enforcement to scramble our radio frequency. We are one of very few if not the only security company in the area that has done this.

SPSS upgrades uniforms, 2007
SPSS adds a more professional and upgraded uniform which adds to the pride and positive image of the company and the industry. The uniforms offer a great command presence and deters criminal activity on sight. Contrary to popular belief, our uniforms were changed prior to APD changing theirs.

Awarded large contract and responsibility, 2007
Capstone Management awards SPSS large clean up project in Austin covering several city streets and several properties. Capstone  replaced three other local security companies with SPSS for this large assignment and to produce necessary results which we did.

SPSS covered by KXAN news, 2008
KXAN covers story of SPSS during an initial clean up of a crime infested area. Area was left for years without major clean up from law enforcement, and failed attempts by prior companies, SPSS produces results.

SPSS awards several officers, 2008
SPSS awards several officers for making over 100 documented arrests in the Town Lake/ El Mont/Riverside area of Austin. Arrests include drugs, stolen property, robbery, assaults, trespass. Many were also wanted by the police for warrants and other crimes. Officers helped to lower criminal activity and raise the quality of life in that area, while producing the results the client wanted.

AutoNation awards contract to SPSS, 2008  
AutoNation which is one of the country’s largest auto retailer providers, owning sales lots for many chains such as Chevrolet, Hyundai, Chrysler, etc awarded contract to SPSS for special services and details.

SPSS adds to the fleet again, 2008
SPSS rolls out in the first of several Ford Expeditions, fully marked and out fitted. After DPS cancelled it’s order on their Dodge Chargers for the whole state, finding problems, SPSS decided after fielding them as well, they did not fit our requirements and thus went with the Expeditions and Crown Victorias.
