We are a company for pro-active professionals or officers wanting to be taught to operate on a higher level and being able to maintain that. We need flexible persons who not only can operate alone at times, but also work well as a team.

Some of our basics just to fill out the application
Applicants must be able to pass drug tests, criminal background checks, F.B.I national fingerprint check, are a U.S. citizen, have valid Texas identification, Social Security Card, and must be able to be licensed by the State of Texas, Private Security Board. No dishonorable military discharges, No felonies or A/B misdemeanors, valid driver’s license, working phone, vehicle, able to work weekends and holidays if requested to do so, and a high school education. Unlike most of our competition, we can NOT hire ex-law enforcement officers that have been terminated for cause, or forced to resign from their department.

empWhere do I start?
Being able to negotiate basic computer and Internet tasks along with following directions and filling out your application completely & properly is all apart of the hiring process. Your first impression to us starts with your application, please keep that in mind. SPSS has developed an on-line application for your convenience. Follow the link, download it, print it out and mail it in, once complete. Please do not scan it and email it back we must have the signed originals. If you have a resume you want us to look at, you may include it with the application. A resume can not take the place of the application at any time, we must have both. We do not allow "pop visits" or unscheduled appointments at any time, we can not stress this enough. Our procedures are in place as to not impede with the day to day operations of the company while applicants just "show up" in the office. We generally call applicants in after the application has been screened, you meet the criteria the client has requested, your able to perform and work the hours we need and you meet our basic qualifications.

Applicants must sign all pre-employment agreements & wavers
with this agency prior to employment.
